Job summary

Complete Care is seeking a Human Resources Director in Wall Township, NJ to lead our HR function for a resident-centered care team. The role includes overseeing payroll and policies, coordinating interviews, onboarding new hires, and evaluating performance.

The ideal candidate will have an associate degree (bachelor's preferred) and prior HR leadership experience in long-term care. This is a full-time on-site opportunity with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Experience as HR Director in a long-term care setting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review payroll bi-weekly and update personnel policies.
• Coordinate interviews for new staff with the recruitment team.
• Onboard new hires and organize orientations.
• Evaluate annual performance reviews as needed.
• Any other duties as assigned.
