Job summary

Complete Care is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to lead our people functions in Wall Township, NJ. You will partner with leadership to drive talent strategy, oversee payroll, benefits, recruitment, onboarding, and staff development, and ensure regulatory compliance.

This full-time role requires an Associate degree (Bachelor's preferred) with prior HR leadership in long-term care. You’ll manage a weekend rotation, on-call duties, and a comprehensive benefits program, while

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience as HR Director in long-term care is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review payroll bi-weekly and update personnel policies as needed.
• Coordinating interviews for new staff along with the recruitment team.
• Onboarding new hires and organizing orientations.
• Evaluate annual performance reviews as needed.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Human Resources Director Schedule & Benefits
