Your Role at a Glance:

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate directly with senior leadership to define and execute a forward-looking people agenda that aligns with organizational goals.
  • Talent Leadership: Spearhead recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention strategies to attract and grow top-tier talent in the clean energy sector.
  • Culture & Belonging: Lead efforts that promote a workplace where every team member feels recognized, respected, and excited to contribute.
  • Operational Excellence: Guide core HR functions including compensation, compliance, and internal processesensuring that human impact remains central to every initiative.

What Youll Bring to the Table:

  • A decade or more of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or department head capacity.
  • Demonstrated success building diverse, high-impact teams in high-growth environments.
  • Comfort shifting between strategic planning and hands-on execution.
  • Exceptional communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to cultivate strong relationships at all levels.
  • A genuine commitment to sustainability, renewable energy, and making a long-term impact.
