The Opportunity
At Flock Safety, the Manager, HR Business Partner (HRBP) role is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of a people-first, mission-driven organization. You’ll be joining a team that believes HR is a strategic lever for growth and impact—not just a function. As a Manager, HR Business Partner, you’ll lead a team of high-performing HR Business Partners, partnering closely with senior leaders across the company to align our people strategy with our business goals. This role offers the chance to influence how we develop talent, navigate change, and build inclusive, high-performing teams. The Interview Process

Salary & Equity
In this role, you’ll receive a starting salary of $170,000 - $190,000 as well as stock options. Base salary is determined by job-related experience, education/training, as well as market indicators. Your recruiter will discuss this in-depth with you during our first chat.

At Flock Safety, we compensate our employees fairly for their work. Base salary is determined by job-related experience, education/training, as well as market indicators. The range above is representative of base salary only and does not include equity, sales bonus plans (when applicable) and benefits. This range may be modified in the future. This job posting may span more than one career level.
