Job summary

Arcadia Care is seeking a Human Resources Director to manage the full employee life cycle for the facility in compliance with applicable standards and regulations. Lead recruitment, background checks, file maintenance, and resolution of complex employee relations issues.

You will partner with department managers to influence culture, implement orientation programs, and drive engagement while ensuring adherence to facility, local, state, and federal guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in human resources, preferably in long-term care.
• Detail oriented, computer literate and communicates well.
• Experience handling employee relations and compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full employee life cycle from recruitment to off-boarding.
• Advise managers on policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Partner with departments to shape culture and engagement.
