Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; bachelors preferred but not required.
• Previous HR Director experience in long-term care setting preferred.
• Computer knowledge / literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Review payroll bi-weekly and update personnel policies as needed.
• Coordinate interviews for new staff with the recruitment team.
• Onboard new hires and organize orientations.
• Evaluate annual performance reviews as needed.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Human Resources Director Schedule & Benefits
