Job summary

Complete Care Management in Maryland is seeking an HR Human Resources Director to lead our people functions in a long-term care setting. This full-time role focuses on staff recruitment, onboarding, payroll oversight, and labor relations.

The ideal candidate has prior HR director experience, LTC/SNF familiarity, strong leadership, and solid knowledge of Maryland labor law. You will report to the administrator and help ensure compliant, efficient HR operations.
