Job summary

Hc in Boca Raton, FL seeks a Human Resources Director to oversee benefits, leave administration, employee relations, onboarding, compliance and payroll. You will ensure accurate, timely people processes across the organization.

You will lead full cycle recruitment, partner with managers, manage postings, screen resumes, schedule and conduct interviews, and enforce HR policies. LTC experience and strong FL/federal employment law knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Healthcare experience required in long term care.
• 2 years HR management experience including recruiting.
• 2 years payroll processing experience.
• Strong knowledge of Federal and FL employment laws and regulations.
• Staffing coordination experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee benefits and leave administration including FMLA.
• Handle employee relations, onboarding, and payroll processes.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.

Human Resources Director

General HR duties:

• Benefits and Leave administration, including FMLA
• Employee relations
• On-boarding
• Compliance

Human Resources Director General Payroll duties:

• Time and Attendance entry
• Payroll Register Audit and Review
• Understands Federal and State laws and regulations governing Payroll

Human Resources Director Recruiting Duties:

• Responsible for full cycle recruitment
• Consult with hiring managers to ascertain needs within each department
• Manage the job postings process
• Review resumes and pre-screen candidates
• Schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers
• Conducts phone interviews, office interviews
• Understands HR policy and practices benefits, work rules, pre-offer requirements, etc.

Desired Qualifications:

• Healthcare Experience Required in Long term care.
• 2 years of HR Management experience, including recruiting experience, required
• 2 years payroll processing experience required
• Must have Strong knowledge of Federal and FL employment laws and regulations
• Staffing Coordination experience preferred

Salary range 65k-70k depending on experence in long term care. (Must have nursing home experence.)
