Hc Human Resources is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director for our Skilled Nursing Facility. This full-time role offers a salary up to $95,000 with comprehensive benefits and requires leadership in HR operations, recruitment, compliance, and workforce management in a long-term care setting.

You will oversee day-to-day HR activities, manage onboarding, employee relations, benefits, and payroll coordination, while ensuring compliance with federal and state laws and internal policies.

Qualifications

A Skilled Nursing Facility is seeking an experienced and motivated Human Resources Director to lead and oversee all HR operations within our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, healthcare HR experience, and a solid understanding of employee relations, recruitment, compliance, and workforce management in a long-term care environment.

This position plays a key role in supporting facility operations by fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with all employment regulations and company policies.
