Journey Health System is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support the HR director by organizing and coordinating department projects and processes. You will assist with training, onboarding, recruitment, benefits, workers' compensation, FMLA, and maintaining employee data in HRIS, while promoting a positive work environment.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, positive, and able to multitask under pressure. A GED or high school diploma is required, with prior HR experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior HR experience or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and coordinating HR projects and processes.
• Support onboarding, training, recruitment, and benefits administration.
