Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a dedicated HR/Payroll Administrator to support payroll processing and HR functions in a skilled nursing facility. You will assist with recruitment, onboarding and employee retention, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of payroll or HR administration experience, strong knowledge of relevant laws, and solid computer skills with HRIS software.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum experience in Payroll and/or HR Administration.
• Knowledge of payroll regulations and state/federal guidelines.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer and perform human resources/payroll functions for the community according to applicable principles and regulations.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and retention of employees.
• Support HR/payroll processes and ensure accuracy and compliance.
