A global immigration firm seeks an HR Coordinator to join its Santa Monica office. This full-time role involves managing the recruitment process, performance management, and payroll support. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of HR experience, especially in recruitment, along with excellent organizational and communication skills.

WR is one of the fastest growing immigration service providers worldwide with over 40 attorneys and 150 immigration professionals working out of offices in Boston, Denver, Los Angeles, New York, Oakland, San Francisco, Santa Monica, and Shanghai.
The HR Coordinator is a key member of the WR Immigration headquarters team and plays an important role in many areas related to different stages of the employee life cycle from hiring through offboarding. Responsibilities cover a range of subjects, including recruiting, performance management, and payroll support, among others. This employee reports directly to the Director of Human Resources. This is a full-time, exempt role requiring periodic in-office presence in our Santa Monica office. Candidates must be local to the Los Angeles area and able to work according to Pacific Time hours.
