Human Resources Coordinator

Job Summary: Talent Software Services is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator for a contract-to-hire position that can be worked 100% remotely. The initial term is one year, with a strong possibility of extension.

Position Summary: This role involves handling high call volumes, responding to inquiries and requests from customers. The candidate should have broad knowledge across HR functional areas to provide timely, professional, and courteous responses. The incumbent will serve as the customer-facing representative for HR services, performing transactions with high accuracy and quality as per service level agreements.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

  • Provide respectful and reliable service to HR customers, including pre-hires, employees, managers, and retirees.
  • Assess and resolve inquiries via phone, email, and chat, or escalate as needed, ensuring accurate case management.
  • Understand HR functional areas and utilize knowledge base resources to resolve inquiries efficiently.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
