We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support the day-to-day functions of our Human Resources department. This role plays a key part in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative HR processes. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, with a passion for creating a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Collaborate with managers to identify talent needs and job requirements.
  • Post job openings through ADP and other recruitment platforms.
  • Screen applications, coordinate interviews, and participate in hiring discussions.
  • Attend job fairs and source qualified candidates.
  • Extend job offers and complete onboarding processes.
  • Schedule New Hire Orientation and facilitate onboarding sessions.

HR Administration & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data entry.
  • Conduct background checks and reference verifications.
  • Track resumes and manage candidate pipelines.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Employee Engagement & HR Support

  • Assist in organizing Staff Appreciation and Wellness events.
  • Conduct follow-up interviews with new hires for feedback and retention insights.
  • Foster strong relationships with employees and leadership to promote workplace morale and engagement.
  • Support other HR functions and special projects as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; college education in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Experience: At least two years of Recruiting and/or HR-related experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel for job fairs as needed.
