Smart HR, Inc. is growing and is looking for key employees to complement our existing teams. The Human Resources Coordinator role provides guidance and support to our clients and our internal senior consulting team. The HR Coordinator must demonstrate strong business acumen and possess an entrepreneurial spirit with a genuine desire to proactively and consistently deliver results for our clients and internal teams.
We offer flexible work arrangements with part-time and full-time schedules. The HR Coordinator will work directly with our clients and with Senior Smart HR Consultants. Smart HR’s client base includes a wide range of small to midsize companies & nonprofits in the Washington, DC metro area. This is a hybrid role where time would involve both working onsite at clients and working remotely.
