As a member of Detroit Opera’s (DO) Human Resources department, the Human Resources Coordinator (HRC) executes essential tasks to support the company’s daily operations. Under the guidance of the Senior Director of Human Resources (SHR Dir.), the HRC assists with hiring by organizing recruitment processes and onboarding new employees. The HRC also supports current staff by coordinating benefits, managing open enrollment, and handling unemployment claims. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication and organizational skills, exercises discretion and tact, and maintains confidentiality at all times.

Salary Range: $38,500.00 - $52,250.00
