Domaine is seeking a highly organized and collaborative Resourcing & Operations Coordinator to strategically manage and allocate talent across our projects. This role ensures that projects are staffed with the appropriate expertise to meet client needs while optimizing workload distribution. Responsibilities include setup and maintenance of project resource management tools (Productive.io), process management, resource planning, and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities
Short Term Resource Planning
- Monitor daily project activities and resourcing needs.
- Collaborate with product managers and leadership on immediate needs.
- Guide collaboration to optimize team and department resourcing.
- Assign team members based on skills, experience, and availability.
- Balance workloads, project priorities, and resolve conflicts.
- Conduct weekly meetings with department leads.
Long Term Resource Planning
- Monitor sales activity and resourcing needs.
- Collaborate with sales directors and project managers on project timelines.
- Maintain staffing plans across project lifecycles.
- Review and optimize long-term resource allocation.
- Hold weekly meetings with sales and account teams for alignment.
Metrics Reporting & Monitoring
- Maintain reports and SOP documentation (utilization, scheduling, resourcing, hours, etc.).
- Track company performance metrics and identify trends.
- Report resourcing shortages and recommend solutions.
- Provide feedback on training and development needs.
Resource Operations Tool Management
- Setup engagements in Productive.io, maintain user profiles, and support onboarding.
- Create and update project placeholders and resource planning data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.
- Experience in resource planning, project management, or HR preferred.
- Understanding of project resourcing tools and workforce analytics.
- Proficiency with resource management software (Productive, Hubspot, etc.).
- Project management certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of labor laws and industry standards.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay Range
$45,000 - $55,000 USD per year
