Job Description
  1. Onboarding of new employees
  2. Organizing with departments to set up new employees
  3. Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster a positive attitude toward organizational objectives
  4. Maintain performance review schedules
  5. Support company events such as the annual picnic and dinner
  6. Assist HR Director in identifying and managing staff vacancies
  7. Coordinate recruitment processes, including scheduling candidates
  8. Serve as a liaison between management and employees, handling questions and interpreting contracts
  9. Maintain personnel records and compile statistical reports
  10. Investigate and report industrial accidents
  11. Contract with vendors for employee services
  12. Maintain payroll information and compile weekly attendance data
  13. Assist with benefits administration (medical, dental)
  14. Work with HR Director on OSHA and workplace security issues
Qualifications
  • Two-year college degree
  • 2-4 years of HR experience, payroll experience with Kronos or ADP preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel
  • Spanish language ability is a plus
  • EEOE
