Human Resources Coordinator

Credence has an immediate need for a Human Resources Coordinator for a full-time position in our McLean, VA office. This role is ideal for someone who is driven, organized, and eager to grow a career in Human Resources. This role requires onsite presence in the office 3-4 days per week.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Provide partnership and HR support to our most important asset: our people
2. Respond to employee inquiries and employment verification requests in a timely manner
3. Send offer letters to candidates
4. Complete HR-related onboarding tasks for new hires
5. Conduct weekly new hire orientations
6. Utilize our HRIS system, SharePoint, iCIMS, and CostPoint to maintain employee records

Education, Requirements, and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree required
2. 0-2 years of HR experience
3. Customer service oriented
4. Enthusiastic and engaging personality
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
8. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
9. US Citizen is required
