Job Summary and Qualifications

As Human Resources Coordinator, you will serve in a local customer-facing HR role, providing initial support to employees. You will be the face of the HR office, handling routine inquiries and guiding employees to the appropriate self-service portal or HR service center. You will also support the HR Business Partner team and business leaders with information collection, coordination, and implementation of local tasks that cannot be completed virtually.

What you will do in this role:

• Assist with employee engagement and community events, coordinate recognition and service awards.
• Support implementation of action plans based on engagement survey results.
• Maintain local hiring processes, post jobs, facilitate onsite interviews, and revise job descriptions.
• Coordinate orientation programs and assist with content delivery.
• Support compliance initiatives by gathering information for audits.
• Maintain learning and development activities at the facility.
• Manage benefits enrollment, set up information sessions, and direct employees to resources.
• Assist managers with salary and incentive planning.
• Help employees with return-to-work processes from Leaves of Absence or Workers’ Compensation.

What you should have for this role:

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience
