Job Summary
The College of Medicine Office of Faculty Affairs and Development is seeking a Faculty Appointments and Advancement Administrator to manage faculty database activities and oversee the processing of all faculty-related documents for the College of Medicine. This role ensures compliance with university regulations, supports the Appointment, Promotion, and Tenure Committee, manages the voluntary faculty process, and serves as a key communication liaison for faculty affairs. The administrator handles confidential materials, provides guidance on policies, and contributes to process improvements within the Office of Faculty Affairs and Development.
This position is eligible for a fully remote work arrangement.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

Preferred Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 3-5 years of progressively responsible administrative experience, preferably in a higher education or academic medical center environment. Demonstrated experience with database management, administrative process coordination (such as HR, faculty affairs, or complex scheduling), and policy interpretation is highly desirable. Experience handling confidential information is essential.
