WE LOVE OUR WORK.
  • Assist with and coordinate HR activities related to Training and Development, Compensation & Benefits, communication plans, employee relations policies, and special projects.
  • Support the VP of HR as needed.
  • Monitor the HR budget, review monthly reports, and provide insights on items requiring further research.
  • Reconcile and process invoices for payment.
  • Support departmental operations by managing mail, greeting visitors, answering calls, scheduling meetings, preparing presentation materials, ordering supplies, and coordinating equipment maintenance.
  • Conduct research, create spreadsheets, track data, and compile reports.
  • Respond to inquiries about policies, procedures, and programs, providing excellent service to internal and external guests and callers.
  • Coordinate and produce weekly internal communications, maintain communication flyers, bulletin boards, and organize employee events.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, Word).
  • Strong writing, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to approach projects creatively, take initiative, and work independently.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines.
  • Effective oral and written communication in English.
  • Calm decision-making skills in emergency situations involving co-workers, guests, and vendors.
  • Physical mobility to push, pull, carry, lift up to 25 lbs., and perform tasks requiring reaching, bending, twisting, stooping, stacking, crouching, kneeling, and balancing in various work areas.
