The Human Resources Coordinator of TAPC is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the organization's human resources function. The HR Coordinator may also oversee the organization's personnel records, and employee training and development programs. Additionally, they may be responsible for managing relationships with external human resources vendors, other organizations, and volunteers.
