Job description

The Human Resources Coordinator of TAPC is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the organization's human resources function. They develop and implement policies and procedures related to recruitment, compensation, benefits, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Coordinator may also oversee the organization's personnel records, and employee training and development programs. Additionally, they may be responsible for managing relationships with external human resources vendors, other organizations, and volunteers. They also provide guidance to managers and employees on human resources-related issues, resolve conflicts, and ensure that the organization complies with all relevant laws and regulations. The HR Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the organization's staff and ensuring it has the resources needed to fulfill its mission.
