Purpose

As a trusted HR partner, I support leaders and colleagues in building a high‑performing, engaged workforce. I drive both tactical HR programs and strategic initiatives that shape culture and strengthen organizational success.

Responsibilities

• Partner with corporate leaders on workforce planning, talent reviews, succession, and colleague development
• Lead compensation planning, salary reviews, and equity adjustments to ensure fairness and competitiveness
• Manage complex employee relations and conduct workplace investigations with integrity and objectivity
• Coach leaders on performance management, conflict resolution, and team engagement strategies
• Collaborate with Legal and HR Centers of Excellence to align practices with corporate programs and compliance

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of HR experience, including corporate environments
• Expertise in talent management, employee relations, compensation, performance management, and change management
• Experience supporting global teams
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field
• Rate: 50-60/hr
