Beacon Hill in Chicago is seeking an HR Business Partner to collaborate with the HR team and support our growing U.S. organization. You will help deliver the people strategy—attracting, developing, and retaining top talent—and partner with leaders to strengthen culture, improve performance, and boost engagement.

You will coach managers, guide on relations and performance, and work with Talent and Total Rewards on programs, while ensuring compliance with laws and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years progressive HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

We're seeking an HR Business Partner who can collaborate and think strategically with the HR team to support their growing U.S. organization.
