• Manage entire onboarding and offboarding for union employees
• Maintain HRHQ for union employees
• Audits/reports/uploads: medical card, driver license, driving record, apprentice list
• Safety Performance History Requests
• Assist with surveys: creation, distribution, and collection of data
• Employment posters: scan/save/hang
• Employee morale
• Assist in ad-hoc HR projects and admin related tasks
