Responsibilities:
Assist with all blanket purchase requisitions, follow-up any outstanding invoices and balances for ICE PTSL Admin area.
Functions as an effective and productive member of the team by actively contributing to overall planning, vision, and mission for the pharmacy service line.
Collaborates with campus operations to ensure facilities and environment of care are functional.
Works closely with the Department Business Administrator and Division Business Administrator to ensure efficient business operations including process improvement.
Works closely with the Department Business Administrator and Division Business Administrator to monitor monthly revenue and productivity and recommend corrective actions.
Works closely with the Department Business Administrator adn Division Business Administrator to oversee inventory.
Serves as the liaison to information technology (IT).
Lead mail clerk.
Work with Department Business Administrator and Division Business Administrator to process internal and external purchase requisitions.
Assist the Department Business Administrator in auditing personnel folders.
Assist the Division Business Administrator with HR functions and timekeeping.
Works in conjunctions with the Division Business Administrator and HR regarding recruiting and training of hew hires, transfers, and processing of termination. Assists with interviews and hiring decisions in the designated area.
In conjunction with the Department Business Administrator, serves as liaison between various administrative offices and department.
Other duties as assigned.
