We're looking for an accomplished and well-rounded Customer Sales and Support Specialist with an impressive customer service background and a resume to back it all up. Working within the HiRoad Customer Care team, you will play a central role in converting inbound calls into new policy growth and driving results through relationship building. Ultimately, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional and personalized experience for our customers not typically found in our industry.

Salary: $57,000 to $66,000*
