Job Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced customer-facing support to Third Party Originators (TPO) during the loan creation, upload, and disclosure process.
  • Guide, train, and support TPOs as needed.
  • Engage with the Command Center to ensure a positive customer experience and provide off-hours support.
  • Assist TPOs with credential setup and answer complex POWER functionality questions.
  • Coordinate with support teams at Pennymac for inquiries.
  • Monitor and clean pre-submission pipelines, ensuring inactive loans are canceled.
  • Support sales functions, including sharing rate sheets, product profiles, and compliance information.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Experience in wholesale mortgage lending, supporting TPOs, banks, or credit unions.
  • Experience providing user support services.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
