We are seeking to hire a Resource Coordinator for remote work in the Atlanta area; other locations on the East Coast will also be considered if the candidate has the desired experience.

SCOPE

• Works closely with the Senior Resource Manager on daily administrative tasks:
• Assists in managing tech headcount and onboarding
• Handles timesheet submissions
• Ensures tech readiness
• Collaborates with Deployment Managers to ensure tech readiness

• Conducts interviews for technician roles and makes recommendations based on:
• Communication and presentation skills
• Technical expertise
• Attitude and enthusiasm

PROFILE

• Resolves project issues and risks by interfacing with project personnel, including customers and suppliers
• Coordinates with internal teams to resolve personnel and field issues
• Monitors implementation in line with time and quality standards
• Maintains access and training records, updating as needed
• Understands quality requirements and implements quality control processes

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with six to eight years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
