Continuing Healthcare Solutions (CHS) is seeking a Human Resource Manager to lead employee records, manage the hiring and orientation process, and supervise payroll processing and benefits administration for our staff.

As an employee-owned company, CHS emphasizes growth, teamwork, and a supportive work environment for residents and families. You will ensure compliance, foster strong relationships with the team, and help drive our workforce strategy in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a long term care or business office setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage new hires through the orientation process including completion of all necessary paperwork and procedures needed for compliance.
• Maintain employee files in an organized manner.
• Oversee benefit administration and other employee relations in cooperation with the Corporate Director of HR, assist with staffing, process payroll on a bi-weekly basis.
