Continuing Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate daily operations of the Maintenance Department within a long-term care facility. You will lead the team, perform hands-on repairs, and ensure compliance with relevant standards to keep residents safe and comfortable.

Experience and Skills

In this position you will be responsible to coordinate the day to dayoperations of the Maintenance Department, up to and including thehands on completions of necessary repair work, in accordance withcurrent federal, state, and local standards, guidelines andregulations governing our facility, as may be directed by facilityadministrator and to assure that the facility is maintained in a safeand comfortable manor. Candidate must possess the ability to makeindependent decisions, follow instructions, possess leadership abilityand be knowledgeable of maintenance practices and procedures.

Responsibilities also include oversight of the Laundry/Housekeeping Departments.
