Job summary

Lee's Summit Place is seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR functions in a Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care setting. The role emphasizes developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, with a focus on growth and teamwork.

This full-time position requires experience in healthcare HR and familiarity with employment laws, benefits administration, and personnel development.

Qualifications

• College education in business/human resources preferred; must minimally be a high school graduate.
• Experience in human resources in long term care.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and conducts new employee orientation and reviews policies and procedures.
• Assist in implementing Human Resources activities within the facility.
• Develops and maintains good working rapport with other departments.
• Works with employees to complete required forms and documentation for FMLA and leaves of absence.
• Communicates and assists employees in enrolling in the benefits program offerings.
• Ensuring compliance with employment labor laws and regulations.
• Utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for recruitment purposes.

Job Overview

As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function within the organization. You will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies to support the company's overall objectives.
