Job summary

CHS is seeking a Human Resource Manager to oversee HR at the Lisbon and Boardman facilities. The role covers employee information, hiring/orientation, payroll processing and benefits administration for the employee plan.

Responsibilities include guiding new hires through orientation, maintaining employee files, and coordinating benefits and staff relations with the Corporate Director of HR, while supporting staffing and biweekly payroll.

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work well with residents, staff, and families.
Experience in a long-term care or business office setting preferred.

Responsibilities

The Human Resource Manager is responsible for employee information management, hiring and orientation, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
Manage new hires through orientation, including completion of necessary paperwork and compliance procedures.
Maintain employee files in an organized manner.
Oversee benefit administration and employee relations in cooperation with the Corporate Director of HR; assist with staffing and biweekly payroll processing.
