Job summary

The role focuses on onboarding, maintaining accurate employee records, and coordinating benefits in collaboration with the Corporate Director of HR, while assisting with staffing needs and bi-weekly payroll processing.

The Human Resource Manager will oversee core HR functions for Continuing Healthcare of Lisbon (CHS of Lisbon) and CHS of Boardman, supporting employee information management, hiring and orientation, payroll processing, and benefit administration on-site in Lisbon, OH.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding by managing new hires through the orientation process, ensuring all required paperwork and compliance procedures are completed.
• Maintain employee files in an organized and accurate manner.
• Oversee benefit administration and support employee relations in collaboration with the Corporate Director of HR.
• Assist with staffing needs as directed.
• Process payroll on a bi-weekly basis.
• Manage employee information, the hiring and orientation process, payroll processing, and benefit administration for the employee plan.

Required Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and family members.
• Experience in a long term care or business office setting is preferred.
