We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to provide site-level human resources leadership for a growing industrial manufacturing operation. This role will serve as a strategic and hands-on HR partner to manufacturing leadership and employees. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive HR support while helping establish scalable processes and practices as the organization continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead all phases of talent acquisition, including recruiting, interviewing, selection, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Serve as a trusted resource for employees and leadership regarding employee relations, conflict resolution, performance management, and workplace concerns.
- Conduct and support employee investigations, appeals, adverse actions, and change-management initiatives.
- Manage HR compliance, audits, policies, and employment-law requirements.
- Coordinate payroll administration and ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Oversee the employee lifecycle from pre-employment through onboarding, development, and offboarding.
- Coordinate and deliver core employee training and development programs.
- Support workers' compensation processes and related employee needs.
- Partner with site leadership to promote a strong safety culture and reinforce company expectations.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with employees, leadership, community organizations, and other key stakeholders.
- Utilize HR data and technology to identify trends, improve processes, and support business decisions.
- Help develop HR processes and programs that can support continued organizational growth.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited university.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and regulations.
- Experience with SAP payroll, Microsoft Office, and HR information systems.
- Demonstrated commitment to and involvement in workplace safety.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with employees and leaders at all levels of an organization.
Preferred
- Experience with SuccessFactors and/or Beamery.
- Experience with NOVAtime or other payroll/timekeeping software.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other HR analytics tools.
- Benefits administration experience.
- Experience utilizing HR and talent analytics to support business decisions.
- Experience developing team culture, employee engagement, and inclusion initiatives.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.
