Job summary

The Davis Companies are partnering with a growing manufacturing operation to recruit an Human Resources Business Partner who will support plant leadership, drive employee engagement, and align HR programs with business goals on the Denton site.

You will advise on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and leadership development while ensuring compliance with employment laws and HR policies. This is a hands-on, visibility-driven role on the factory floor.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong employee relations and conflict resolution experience.
  • Experience supporting production and operations teams on a plant floor.
  • Knowledge of compensation, organizational development, performance management, workforce planning, and employment law.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred (or ability to obtain).

  • Develop and execute HR strategies to support business objectives.

  • Assist in compensation planning and HR administration.

What You'll Do
  • Partner with plant leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong employee relations and conflict resolution experience
  • Experience supporting production and operations teams in a plant setting
  • Working knowledge of compensation, organizational development, performance management, workforce planning, and employment law
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to influence leaders and build trust with employees at all levels of the organization
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred (or ability to obtain)
