Job summary

KPG99 INC seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to support a large-scale manufacturing environment. The role partners with plant leadership and employees on HR operations, talent management, employee engagement, recruiting, retention, and process improvement.

Responsibilities include leading HR projects, developing HR roadmaps, analyzing HR data, and driving process automation and SOP improvements to support plant objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Strong HR Generalist background.
• Manufacturing/plant HR experience is required.
• Experience supporting plant leaders and manufacturing employees.
• Experience with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and employee retention.
• Proven experience leading HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, onsite manufacturing environment.
