Job summary

Pasona Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a senior HR leader to direct and develop the HR team, ensuring the strategy is implemented effectively to support business needs within budgets.

The role involves advising management on HR matters, managing expatriates, budgeting, business partnering with department heads, and overseeing administration and facilities while ensuring compliance with policies and labor laws.

• Support governance, compliance of company policies and workplace safety matters.
• Prepare and submit HR reports to management and head office.

Job Summary

Lead, direct and develop HR team to ensure that company’s human resource strategy is implemented effectively to support business needs and within established budgets.

Job Description

• Engage, support and advise management team on HR related matters.
• Manage expatriates and internal assignment management.
• Prepare annual department budget forecast, monitor and control manpower and operating costs.
• Business partnering with Heads of Department to develop and implement human resource activities that are appropriate for business needs and are consistent with company's human resource strategy.
• Oversee general administration, building and facilities management.
• Support, corporate governance, compliance of company’s policies and practices, workplace safety related matters in line with the applicable laws and labor legislation.
• Prepare and submit HR reports to management and head office.

Requirements

• Degree in Business/Human Resource Management
• 8 years or more relevant experience
• Well versed in employment law & practices in Singapore
• Ability to multitask and coordinate several projects simultaneously
• Good interpersonal communication skill
• Team player with positive attitude
