Job summary

Chen Hsong Holdings Limited is seeking an experienced Human Resources Officer to join our HK team. You will manage recruitment, contracts, onboarding, staff relations, payroll/MPF, compensation, and tax compliance, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires solid knowledge of Employment Ordinance, cross-border HR exposure, and the ability to work independently under pressure while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 5-8 years' relevant experience in HR support.
• Good knowledge in Employment Ordinance and HR practices.
• Experience in PRC labor regulations or cross-border HR administration is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment & selection, employment contract, on-board arrangement, staff relations, Payroll/ MPF, staff compensation and benefit package, income tax, etc.
• Maintain human resources records including new hiring, transfers, terminations, appraisals, vacation, sick and personal leave.
• Update, review and implement HR policies and procedures as well as Employee Handbook in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Handle other ad-hoc assignments as assigned

About you

Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
