The role emphasizes modern selling methods, video content, and respectful communication, with training provided. A valid license and driver’s license are required, with no prior automotive sales experience necessary.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to qualify for a Sales license.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM and digital tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Guide customers through online and in-person vehicle exploration.
• Build trust through honesty, relationships and tech.
• Create short-form video content for the digital showroom.
• Follow up with customers using modern SMS/CRM tools.
• Meet dealership standards and safety policies.
