Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead field operations on the Gateway Hudson Tunnel Project, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence for one of the region’s most complex infrastructure initiatives.

You will oversee plan development, cost control, risk, and stakeholder engagement, supervise Resident Engineers and inspectors, and ensure compliance with NEPA, permits, and QMP requirements while delivering on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in large-scale infrastructure or transportation construction.
• Strong leadership and multidisciplinary team coordination; PMIS and scheduling proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise construction activities and contractor coordination.
• Maintain Integrated Master Schedule and cost control; manage risks and change orders.
• Lead QA/QC programs, safety, and regulatory compliance; coordinate with stakeholders.
