Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a highly skilled Resident Engineer to support the Gateway Hudson Tunnel Project in New York. You will manage field operations, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and drive safety, quality, schedule, and budget adherence on one of the region’s largest infrastructure initiatives.

You will work within a Delivery Partner framework on a nationally significant program. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and TBM experience are required, with strong leadership and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience with Tunnel Boring Machines (TBMs).
• Tunneling experience, including pressurized face TBM mining, precast concrete segmental lining, and cross passage construction.
• Excellent project management skills coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Understanding of safety standards, regulations and best practices in tunneling operations.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
