Responsibilities

• Direct and enforce adherence to federal housing statutes, especially LIHTC and HUD.
• Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify gaps or weaknesses.
• Create, revise, and implement compliance policies and SOPs.
• Must have prior supervisory experience.
• Liaise with external regulatory agencies during inspections and investigations.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on regulatory changes and best practices.
• Monitor activities to ensure reporting and documentation meet government standards.
