3 years of affordable housing compliance experience and related designations are required. Some travel to community sites is expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in affordable housing compliance.
• Related designations in affordable housing.
• Willingness to travel to community sites.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve move-in, annual, and interim certifications for assigned portfolio.
• Monitor site compliance with program policies and procedures.
• Train communities on compliance procedures.
• Gather, calculate, and distribute Utility Allowances.
