Job summary

Hayes Gibson Property Services is seeking a Compliance Specialist to support affordable housing communities by ensuring LIHTC, HUD, RD, HOME, and Fair Housing compliance. You’ll review resident files, conduct audits, and help keep reporting ready across the portfolio.

The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication to train onsite teams and maintain regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in affordable housing compliance.
• Knowledge of LIHTC, HUD, EIV, and Fair Housing.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
