Job summary

Leidos is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative for the FHA Resource Center in Indianapolis, IN. You will support HUD programs and assist renters, homebuyers, and homeowners with housing requests, delivering excellent service in a high-volume environment.

The role requires strong written and verbal communication, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to follow SOPs. The position is on-site with a daytime schedule and benefits starting on day one.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a high volume contact center environment and handling customer inquiries or complaints.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to follow SOPs and provide accurate, timely information using knowledge bases.

Responsibilities

• Reply to calls and emails from the public on housing and FHA mortgages.
• Utilize SOPs and knowledge base to respond to customer requests.
• Deliver customer service in a high-volume call center and address complaints effectively.
• Document interactions in internal systems.
