Job summary

Leidos LLC in Indianapolis, IN seeks a full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support HUD FHA programs. You will answer calls and emails from renters and homeowners, provide guidance, document interactions, and follow SOPs in a high-volume environment.

Fluent English and Spanish are required, with at least 2 years in a contact center. The role is on-site, with a daytime schedule, comprehensive benefits from day one, and ongoing training to advance within Leidos.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume contact center environment.
• Bilingual and fully fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• High School diploma or GED.
• Experience following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Experience navigating knowledge bases, FAQs, and internal support tools.

Responsibilities

• Reply to calls and emails from the public on housing and FHA mortgages.
• Utilize SOPs to answer customer requests.
• Deliver excellent customer service in a high-volume call center.
• Document customer communications within an internal database.
