Job summary

Leidos is seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative for the FHA Resource Center in Indianapolis, IN. You will handle housing and FHA mortgage inquiries, following SOPs to provide accurate information and excellent service in a high-volume environment.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, a high school diploma, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. On-site position with comprehensive benefits, training, and career mobility.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Experience in a high-volume contact center is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Reply to calls and emails from the public on housing and FHA mortgages.
• Utilize knowledge base and SOPs to answer customer requests.
• Deliver excellent customer service in a high-volume call center, including responding to customer complaints.
• Document customer email and phone communications within an internal database.
