Job summary

Leidos is seeking full-time Customer Service Representatives at our FHA Resource Center in Indianapolis, IN. You will assist renters, homebuyers, and homeowners with housing requests and FHA mortgage programs while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include replying to calls and emails, following SOPs, using knowledge bases, and documenting interactions in the system. Training is provided and benefits start on day one, with PTO and holidays included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a high-volume contact center environment, handling customer inquiries and complaints.
• Experience following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure accurate responses.
• Ability to navigate knowledge bases and internal tools to provide timely information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with telephone etiquette.
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance (credit check and background investigation).

Responsibilities

• Reply to calls and emails from the public on housing and FHA mortgages.
• Use SOPs and knowledge base to fulfill customer requests.
• Deliver high-volume, high-quality service and address customer concerns.
• Document communications in the internal system.
